Shopping on Dixie is easy: you can browse our catalogue by clicking on a category (man/woman) from the navigation menu, and then by selecting a subcategory (Tops/Trousers/Jackets etc.)
The product pages will allow you to get a better look at each article, showing you full photographs of every detail. You will also find the title, the product number (which you will need for any questions/issues), the fabric composition, a detailed description, the price, and a link to the size guide. From the product page you can add the article to your basket ("Add to basket" button) and choose colour, size and quantity.
Once you have chosen all the products you want to buy and you have added them to your basket, click on "Basket" at the top right corner of the window.
Your basket will remain memorised for a day. If you change your mind or you would like to add more articles to the basket, you can still do so by simply clicking on the "Modify" button. You will then be able to see your updated basket by clicking on "Update Basket".
When you want to complete an order, click on "Purchase now" to proceed to the checkout page. You will be asked to either log in, create a new account (if you are a new customer) or proceed as an ‘unregistered user’.
Completing the registration process allows you to save all your data, payment methods and delivery addresses, as well as view the status of your orders.
The registration is completed in two steps: in the first step we will ask you to provide a valid email address, a username and a password.
In the second step we will complete your registration by asking you to tell us your personal data, which are required for shipping and invoicing.
We will then send you an email to confirm your registration.
Once you have logged in from the panel to the right, you will see a recap of your order with all the articles you chose.
To the left, you will find the "Shipping address" panel. If you have already registered one or more address, choose the one you wish to use for your order.
If instead you want to add a new address to the list, click on "Add new address" and then insert the address of your choice.
Below, you will find the shipping method, “UPS Standard”.
Click on “Continue”, and you will enter the "Payment" page.
Now you only have to choose your preferred payment method. Under “Payment methods” you will also find all the credit card data you saved in the past.
Further down, you will find the "Invoicing" entry. If you need an invoice and the shipping address does not coincide with the invoicing address, you can uncheck the flag and either choose one of the addresses you used in the past, or add a new one by selecting "New address" in the drop-down menu.
Once you receive the confirmation email and you visit the congratulations page, your purchase is considered as complete.
You will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page, where you will find your order number. You will also be sent a confirmation email to the email address connected to your Dixie account.
You order will immediately appear in the "My orders" section in the restricted area of the website, which you can go to by clicking on "My account". Here you will find your order history and your shipping status by following a link to the UPS website.
If you can't find the confirmation email, try looking for it in the "spam" and "undesired mail" folders: if this is the first time you are making a purchase on Dixie, some providers might label our confirmation email as spam.
If the confirmation email is not in the spam folder, do not repeat the purchasing process, but instead write immediately to customercare@Dixiefashion.com: we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm that we correctly received your order.
