Do you want to return your order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return products purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The replacement of an article of the same size and color is possible based on the availability of the item in our warehouse. No change of article of a different amount from the purchased one or refunds for difference are allowed.
Returning products is simple:
Registered users should access their profile on our website www.dixiefashion.com and fill in the returns application form. Access "My profile" and select "My orders". Select the order you want to alter and then the items you want to return.
Non-registered users should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - we will get in touch and send you our authorisation to proceed with the return.
For those returning items from abroad, please remember that the cost of shipment is at your expense and so there is no returns label included with your order. Instead, contact the shipping company of your choice and arrange for collection and shipment of the package.

Our personnel will take delivery of your package and check all the items are intact. The refund will then be completed using the original credit card you used at the time of purchase.
Please remember that the shipping company must take collection of the items you want to return within 14 working days of our authorisation to send them back.
Conditions for returning items
We verify that all items are supplied with a tag and are in perfect conditions before they are shipped.
The articles you wish to return are under your responsibility until they are delivered to our warehouse: please, package them carefully in order to avoid damages during transport.
All returns are inspected upon delivery. We do our best to accept all returned articles, which don't necessarily have to be sent back in their original boxes. However, in the unlikely event an item is returned in unacceptable conditions, we might have to send it back to you again and charge the shipping costs to you.
Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the refund.
Dixie is not responsible for potential articles sent by mistake.
